Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your PortalHole account and the data linked to it at any time.
How to ask
- Email support@portaluse.com with the subject Delete my PortalHole account.
- Send it from the email address you signed in with. If you play as a guest, include your player name (shown at the top left of the game).
- We confirm by reply and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, email address and player name.
- Your saved progress: coins, upgrades, portals, stars and settings.
- Your leaderboard entries and play statistics linked to your account.
What we keep
Anonymous totals that can't be traced back to you (for example, how many players cleared a level). Google Play keeps its own record of purchases under its policies.
Just want a fresh start?
In the game, Settings › Account › Reset progress wipes your progress on this device and your account right away.
