Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Portaluse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("the Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Use of the Service across more than one timeline is governed by the Inter-Timeline Reservation Addendum, which is incorporated by reference.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available to travelers aged 18 and older who are continuous with themselves at the time of registration. Accounts opened by duplicate, anomalous, or unreconciled instances will be suspended pending reconciliation.
3. Continuity
You acknowledge that the Service is committed to preserving traveler continuity through the Identity Preservation Protocol (IPP). The Service does not duplicate, destroy, copy, or otherwise alter travelers during transit. Custody holds applied to anomalous duplicate emergences are non-reversible.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is also governed by the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending traversals.
5. Fees
Pricing is published on the Plans page. Cross-timeline credit transfers are subject to a 0.4% temporal handling fee per egress event, capped at $40.00 per traversal. Fees are denominated in your account region currency and are non-refundable absent provable operator error.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Termination of an account does not affect custody holds, audit records, or traversals already in progress at the time of termination. Audit records are retained for seven years.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the originating jurisdiction of your account region, except where superseded by the Inter-Timeline Continuity Accord (2024 revision).
