Filing an incident report after recovery

After a stuck event

If you were the subject of a successful recovery dispatch, an incident report is automatically opened on your account. You may review and supplement the report through the operator console within 7 days of egress.

Active stuck event

For active stuck events, use the self-service recovery form at /stuck. Do not file a post-recovery incident report while still stuck.

Anomaly credit

Verified incident reports may qualify for an Anomaly Credit Voucher, redeemable against future traversals. Vouchers are issued in your account region and may not be transferred without inter-timeline reconciliation.
